Our hotel has been officially re-opened after being closed for the winter months in order to allow a further €1.3 million renewal programme bringing the total renovation figure to €7.8 million. Part of this programme, our former ‘Coach House’ will now become home to 8 new luxurious bedrooms while the elegant Drawing Room, overlooking Killarney National Park, The Library and The Atrium have all been completely re-imagined. The work on The Library and The Atrium have already been completed while the work on The Coach House is due for completion by May of this year. Guests can be assured that works on The Coach House rooms will not cause any disruption as rooms are located in a separate building. The Library in the Manor House has also been completely refurbished and boast dramatic peacock plumage inspired wallpaper in a nod to the heritage of the house as a fine country residence where the exotic bird was a familiar sight at many stately homes.
We look forward to the unveiling of The Coach House in May 2019. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates on the big reveal.
