You can hold a variety of meeting types here, including corporate retreats, complete with on-site or off-site activities and team building events. If you want to accommodate the group, we can offer 40 luxury bedrooms to your guests or attendees.

If you have a conference to hold for a larger group or an intimate meeting for a smaller party, we will do our best to accommodate you in one of our three high-spec meeting rooms. Each room comes with complimentary Wi-Fi and AV equipment as needed.

  • Library – 12 guests boardroom style / 25 guests theatre style
  • Pembroke Suite – 16 guests boardroom style / 30 guests theatre style
  • Drawing Room – 60 guests theatre style

Catering 

We can also offer tailored catering solutions for your meetings and events, depending on the level of service you require. Every meal at Cahernane is an experience to be remembered, from our light bites to full dinner in our double AA Rosette winning, Herbert Restaurant. We can offer basic packages- tea/coffees and other refreshments- or fully catered meetings with lunch, dinner and breakfast for overnight guests.

Private & Exclusive Use

Our luxurious hotel becomes your home away from home (or office away from office) when you rent for exclusive use for your event or meeting. If you need a private place to hold an important conference or for a staff meeting with a real difference, you can rent the entire hotel and Manor House. The details of your event will be kept completely private and our experienced events staff will be there every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
