The plush and restful guestrooms in Cahernane House Hotel have undergone a beautiful transformation. Each room is bespoke and features decadent wallpaper, plush headboards, original antique furniture, beautiful sash windows and elegant mouldings.
Many of the bathrooms also have claw feet, free standing baths and antique brass bathroom fittings. Signature Seventh Heaven beds and goose down pillows and duvets set the scene for a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep when the only sounds you will hear in the morning is the distant call of cattle and perhaps a lone stag.
Manor House Rooms
The imposing Manor House offers 12 impressive guest rooms. These rooms boast many of the original features including wooden ceiling beams, cornicing, and period antiques.
Each room is decorated in a unique style, relevant to the original period. The Herbert Suite is the highlight of the house, beautifully restored with inspiring views of the gardens and mountains beyond.
Garden Wing
The garden wing of Cahernane House Hotel was constructed in the 1960’s and has since been completely refurbished.
Incorporating 28 beautiful rooms, decorated and styled in keeping with country manor traditions. The Muckross suite is the most spacious and luxurious suite in the new wing, perfect for guests wishing to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this unique location.
The Coach House
Situated in a stand-alone building which is adjacent to our Manor House, The Coach House is home to 8 new luxurious bedrooms.
Completely reconfigured, each room is bespoke with feature wallpapers, luxurious fabrics and original Irish antique furniture. Some of the bathrooms have free-standing claw foot baths while others feature walk in rain showers and handmade tiles. Perfect for luxury escapes, on the quiet.
Interleading Rooms
We are delighted to accommodate families who come with children or young adults and we have a number of our rooms to cater to you.
Some of our newly refurbished Coach House rooms have a dedicated front door leading to individual bedrooms, allowing you both space and privacy.
