Ireland’s Blue Book represent the finest of Ireland’s hospitality, accommodation and cuisine and are the only Irish member of the prestigious Historic Hotels of Europe which is an umbrella federation representing an eclectic range of historic properties across Europe.

Culinary excellence

Cahernane House Hotel have been reinstated to the Automobile Association (AA) accredited hotel listing and recently awarded 2 rosettes for the quality of its food.

“Dinner was a true highlight of the visit; great to see the room so busy, especially with off-road local business. The meal taken was from a well compiled menu, featuring in-season ingredients, with good provenance and use of local foods. An AA 2 Rosette award is comfortably awarded. The breakfast offer is wide ranging, with equally good food quality

We are delighted to have recieved our  Safe Destination badge in partnership with Kerry county council and Kerry’s Tourism Board.

To earn this accreditation our team completed specialised training on cleanliness, hygiene and customer interaction in the COVID-19 environment.
